Steve joined 21Grams on January 1st 2009, and comes with over 17 years experience of designing, managing and delivering IT solutions and software professional services, of which the last 12 are in the postal industry, in particular working with management information systems, document creation and workflow systems, and high volume production print and mail.
Steve's background includes 5 years as UK professional services Practice Manager at Pitney Bowes Document Messaging Technologies for ADF solutions, supplying software solutions and technical expertise to mail producers and print shops, and over 6 years at Royal Mail as a software development manager and project manager working on multiple IT solutions for postal processing and delivery. Steve has a software engineering background and prior to the mail industry Steve has also worked in the Oil and Public transport sectors.
